Indiabulls Greens Phase II will come under MMRDA or CIDCO ?
Q: I have heard about MMRDA and also about CIDCO NAINA. So worrying about whether it will be with MMRDA or CIDCO NAINA

Hi everybody, Can you plz. confirm about future of India Bulls Green Panvel Phase 2 status on permissions and phase -1 I heard that people are going to court if it is not delivered soon to them? I am quite nervous now on India bulls green panvel project after investing phase 2. Has anyone cancelled the bookings, i am seriously considering cancelling the same and have called for paperwork to be done for the same, even after you cancel we get money back in 90 days as told by executive.
I cancelled my booking when they gave me 3 options and I opted for withdawing money from them, they promised to pay the money in 90 days but it's been more than 4 months and I am still waiting for money. Sushil Patni is a cheater and fraud, he is probably not a real person, has anyone spoken to him? Withdraw your money as soon as possible,
