Growth slowdown in Indore property market
Q: Why has the property market not developed to its capacity considering the presence of Automobile Manufacturing, Pharma, Textile, Namkeen, Chemicals, Gems & Jewelry, IT etc. present in the city. The prices have not appreciated nor big projects have come up. what are the reasons?

Residential Apartment projects by Big Developers
Q: Why aren't big developers coming up with apartment projects? DLF, Parsvnath, Omaxe etc have focused more on plotted developments or selling pieces of land in the township instead of building apartments and selling them. What can be reasons for that.
