Hi Avijit, Magnolia Skyview is located in Rajarhat neighborhood of Kolkata. It is among the ongoing projects of Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. The project is beautiful with 7 towers and over 300 Houses.The project is expected to get completed by the mid of 2016.I think the project is good for future appreciation, but it will take approx 10 yrs to developed whole area.

Hi, In my view the place where this project is located take a long time to developed in near future. It is still surrounded by villages ,as it is quite remote.The main issue with that location is connectivity.From DPS megacity it is around 2.5KM and 5KM from upcoming Newtown metro.
