What is the booking amount they are charging for Anika Ecclesia, Pisoli, Pune?
Q: I am planning to invest in Arun Anika Ecclesia, Pisoli, Pune? How is the project?

Hi, Arun Seth & Co.'s latest offering 'Anika Ecclesia' a standalone exclusive apartment tower at Pisoli, Pune. It offers 1/2 BHK residential apartments. 1BHK from 652-661 sq-ft and 2BHK from 932-936 sq-ft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 3700/sq-ft. It is a G+10 story apartment consists 87 units. They are charging 20% as a booking amount and agreement would be executed within 20 days from the date of booking.
Thank you Shweta for your reviews. I'm planning to invest in the the same project. How is basis infrastructure in Pisoli ( water supply, organized retail, pmpml connectivity, )? What returns should i expect if i decide to let out the property?
