flat without covered car parking....
Q: We were about to book a flat in snn raj neeladri, but later discovered that builder is giving open car parking instead of covered one, that too in visitors car parking. I was little confused regarding this so decided to google it out and found that it could b problematic in future..there r many court cases going on on this issue.that area is of society and in future society can use it for any other purpose also.this can affect rental and resale value of the flat.any suggestions in this case!!

Latest Answer: Hi Nupur, You are right, open car parking is going to reduce the resale property value as well as if you are renting out your flat. It is good to have a covered car parking because your car will be under protection from rain and sun.
