I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

They are claiming that they will provide the document after paying 1 lakh
and if we wish to cancel, they will provide the refund in 75 days

There seems to lot of litigation on this land, who ever is venturing into this, make sure you lawyer opinion. There is board on the actual site itself claiming the property belongs to Raja Jayashankar Family.
