meet them last week and its was horrible .. The Rose 2 property, it doenst have BBMp approval. They are palnning to make G+6 which is not permissible over there... as per there floor plan they have 200% deviation.. max deviation allowed is only 15-20% in any property. i went with one civil engineer they are not able to answer a single question also. Also the property belong to SC/ST but they dont have any PTCL certificate.
