Q: Is this project approved by BBMP and have all the necessary certs like Occupancy Certificate, A-Khata. Also would like to know if the building has Cauvery water connection and sufficient parking space.

The project is BBMP approved. It is B-khata as there are some deviations. Cauvery water connection is expected very shortly, as all the necessary payments and formalities are already completed.
