Q: Worst builder ever..my possession is delayed by 1.5 YEARS ..i am now filing a case against them in consumer court.

Hey Rohan, I have not experienced this, I have got a very good service and a proper support from Sukhwani Palms. All legal stuff and other things are cleared of the project. Possession got delayed only by a month in my case that too they have told me that it happened due to poor response from MSEB, for which it is understood no one can help it.Hey Rohan, I have not experienced this, I have got a very good service and a proper support from Sukhwani Palms. I booked it around 1 year back, I got the possession already. I have really best experience with this builder considering specially there working style as far as all legal things are concerned.
