Q: Does anyone own a site in the BMRDA approved layout 'Urban Habitat' in Bangalore, off Varthur near Gunjur? Have you registered your property yet? How long did it take for you to get the Khatha? Need some feedback about builder and property.

Varthur is surrounded by IT hubs like itpl,cisco,viv,wipro so if you buy now near future the price will double. Even I got a flat booked in Varthur.
