Yes i hv booked it in Block A. See HDFC, ICICI ppl told me that its not required as this project is very much approved by them already which is done after fair investigation. Morover ppl in SBI also was very sure this can be done, if SBI agrees to give us loan itself means its legally fine. This is wat i feel. I really appreciate ur views on this too.
