Thank you friends. I will be happy if anybody share me about the builder and their credentials also regarding a project in details. I think Prashant had given the very clear idea about near about the localities, but I think issue related to the garbage disposal is not a big deal. Govt will soon clear this area...
Not sure what you mean by "Big deal". And could you please share details of why you think the Govt will clear this area. Atleast the legal documents does not indicate anything like that. The buffer area of 100 metres around the garbage disposal plant will be a "no construction" zone. So basically your investment will lie there as land only. Additionally in future if the plant is extend to consume the buffer zone, the residential area around this will face all teh health/smell issues.
