Had booked one flat with Empress heights, Marol, Mumbai in 2010 . No more works in progress. Need to know the future.

Hello, I came to know that they have already completed the project and the flats are ready to occupy since Sep 2013.
Still it is under-construction , how u can it is completed, please share the details of completion
