Hi , I placed a deposit on an apartment almost 2 years ago now and decided last year not to proceed due to the delays . I have written to Axion and Eclectic so many times that I have lost count but never receive a reply to my e-mails . I have also spoken to representatives of Axiom and Eclectic and earlier this year delivered hard copy of an e-mail requesting refund of deposit at the Axiom Offices in Goa . After my last telephone conversation with the Axiom Rep in Calcutta was assured that refund would be made during August 2015 . If this is not forthcoming I should be happy to consider joining in Civil Case being taken by Mr Gupta to recover monies .
