Thanks Pravallika. I did basic enquiry and land prices near Rampally (Bharat Petroleum pump) are ranging from 5K - 7K per sq.yrd. Hi all, Investment in property is a very important decision for anyone.Property rates in an area can vary depending on various factors. Similarly, an increase in capital value gets impacted depending on several diverse factors. Broadly the current value of Rampally Rs 6,400 to Rs 7,000 per sq ft.
Is it Rs 6,400 to Rs 7,000 per sq ft. or sq.yd ?
