At last God has opened his eyes, today Morning (15-06-2015) palaniappan & Vinayagaraaj was caught by police for cheating of Rs.37 lakhs for non proper hand of the Flat in Madapakkam, But Land Marvel Don’t have project in Madampakkam its Perumbakkam they wrongly mentioned, one of my friend cld me frm India & informed this happy news, also said that this news was in flashed in Dailythainthi news paper on (15-0-2015) 9th page also in sun news,
Really these guys don’t have shame at all, I almost lost my patience with Land Marvel In Perumbakkam solaray project. I paid almost 30-40 lakhs they promised me to handover byDec2015 but still now no progress ¬ even moved a single brick...Damp sure that they won’t finish this project for the next 2 years,who ill pay the interest for our money ? Also i literally cheated by constructor Land Marvel. Do not buy any flat from them, I am really frustrated and worried about the money, most of the customers in solara

Do not trust Land Marvel - Read and decide.- Do not let your money deceived by others
I have booked a flat in Solaray perumbakkam in Aug 2012 and paid the 8 lakhs and made the agreement. However there is no progress till 13 Jan 2105 and cancelled my booking in Feb 2014. Till now there not settling the amount and there is a lot of dispute between the Land owners, Power agent of Land owners, Arul Constructions, Land marvels and others. At present the project will not start as it is going for litigation buy the flat buyers. Also Land Marvel got the loan from IOB for 10 corers and not paid so they are taking some legal action against Land Marvel. The firm is not trustworthy and double check and proceed.

My Request to all Flat buyers in Chennai please don’t buy flats in Land Marvel solaray project.....Stay away from this cheat builder. All perumbakkam solaray customers we need to file a case for the delay in handing over the project and for cheating our money,Also heard that solaray project don’t have the local permission from Arul Constructions for constructing flats in that place. All solaray customers pls check with them sure they ill makeup this?

DO NOT TRUST LAND MARVEL. THEY ARE CROOKS LIARS AND VERY SOFT AND SMOOTH TALKING AND CONNIVING CON ARTISTS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IN ANY KIND OF DEALINGS WITH THEM. IF YOU REALLY CARE TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THEM GO TO CHENNAI COURT RECORDS AND SEE HOW MANY CASES THEY HAVE FILED AGAINST THEM. UNFORTUNATELY WE LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHERE THE COURT SYSTEM IS RIGGED AND FUNDED BY THESE CROOKS
