Emprasa or Artha are fraud company. We invested in there Emprasa commercial phase 2 project in 2017. This did not paid the agreed interest on our money. Also kept our money for 4 years. Only after doing RERA complaints and many efforts they returned 60% principal amount. They said they are out of money and cannot pay interest.Emprasa or Artha are fraud company.
