Hello Sreeraj, Varshitha is a ready to move in project. The project seems to be a good one and as far as I know the builder promised that he is going to provide OC and CC for the same.
Hi Chethan any update even i m planning ...builder says OC is available for entire flat and its true i think....Have you done Legal verification?
