As an owner of a flat at Kolte Patil Mirabilis, I can confidently say that there are no legal issues with this property. It is a BDA/BBMP sanctioned plan that is in compliance with all the regulations. The builder has also altered the initial layout to abide by the Fire department rules. The flats are also vaastu compliant and have just one common wall. SBI is their bank of choice and with SBI involved there is little or nothing to worry about in the financing aspect. The location is also easily accessible from ORR and the railway overbridge getting constructed is another pro. Kolte Patil has been a reputed builder and a cousin of mine stays in their Pune establishment. He has always had good things to say about them.
