Gruha Kalyan - are they reliable and trustworthy?
Q: I am looking to buy property from them. They are offering really low/cheap prices. From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves. Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

They entertain booking and give documents only if you shell out the initial down payment . I am keeping my money still invested in LOTUS project at white field. They are yet to complete land acquisition. they have paid part of the amount to seller. Today they told that it would take further 20 days to register the land. People who have invested for this Project may be in touch with one another so as to keep abreast of the developments.
