When owners of Neo City Wagholi project will get compensation from builder Pristine, Maple and Jalan for no possessions
Q: can suggest here that all owners should ask compensation from builder. Like rent of the month for delay. Many owners are having loans and few are also staying on rent. So all owners must ask a fix amount per month for such delay. I shocked knowing that project is running from 4 years and no possession due to whatever reason. Ask for rent amount as per the rent rates in that area per month till you get possessions.
