I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

They are forcing me to give 1 lakh rupees and book the flat. I am confused these flats dont have BBMP approval also. No idea when the project will start !!!
