I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi Sethuraman, we are also planning to get verified all documents related to property.
We have visited GK office & E-city site also. But we did not find any board, even there is no board outside the office also. They were asking to 1lkh as booking amount yday itself. we did not paid anything.
They told board will be displayed this Saturday ...m going ter to recheck....will post accordingly
