Do not take a flat with this builder. Specially Vandana Tejyesh. This builder is crap. I have own a flat in Vandana. There is no provision of water drainage in the society. Everything will goes to STP. Construction quality is very poor. The slop of multiple floors is in opposite direction. Builder is delaying the project a lot. Yeshwant, one of the partner is very arrogant and he has no business with issues. Water pipes goes through flat balconies however those can be put outside.
