I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

kindly beware of investing in GK as we are not able to get back our hard core money even after cancellation of flats after 2 months..think thousand of time before investing here..they only make fool as we are completely frustrated from last 5 month and cursing our self why we invested our hard core money here ..we got a lesson that never trust on new company like GK who offered flats in very less price butter to invest in reputed builder projects so can be safer side..again my advise to the people who looking to invest here please think thousand time..
their cheque never gets passed. Only you will have bouncing charges to pay. Go there and make a big scene , you may have chances of getting. If you are nice to them they keeps on postponing the dates. Its high time people should get on media or file a case in the court and shame them.

I booked an apartment in Orchid Jpnagar.They did register the land in their name paying the owner full money.Its about 40L.I have seen the board in the land.If you guys want to see it just visit their site.I dont think they will vanish in a night after doing all those thing.Real estate project take time.All the approval like BBMP/BDA will take time much more than what they are promising thats for sure.But patience is the key here.If you want to get something in cheap you have to be patient.So instead of putting negative message without having more info please wait upto April end.Let them come up with some approval.If you are going for cancellation they will return back your check for sure.Yes its true that you have to come up to their office couple of time but thats how business work and true for all real estate developer.Even big builder like DLF/UNITECH/DB-REALTY also committed fraud so many times.
As per the below comments all these group are the same..TGS, Dreamz gk, Grihakalyan....People are scared because they are going after only lauches and not have started a single project. If they deliver people will be happy. Whatever i have seen their structure is so weak and the budget they are quoting is not possible..Hopefully they should not be asking for extra money if they really start the project.Only time will tell. Since the audience is of MID Income group these are the only savings and should think twice before investing.

They gave me the money back..but not with in 75 days. If you are not tough they will drag it.

Hi all.. I have cancelled the booking.. I havnt checked the documents though.. since am planning for a garment store and got the place I have cancelled the booking..they said they will give the cheque in a weeks time post dated after 75 days.Will update once I get the cheque

Have any one received your amount for the cancelled apartment. I have deposited the cheque and am waiting to get credited...I have deposited last Friday and is yet to reflect. Will check and update if I get. Mean time can anyone update they have received the money back on cancellation?

Our cheque got bounced today and we went to GK office and talked to them..The response was terrible and we shouted at them demanding cheque only today...They said their MD is not in office today and asked to come tomorrow..however since made a huge scene out there they said to deposit the same cheque again tomorrow and assured to get it passed.. they even showed the balance of 3.5 lacs in their account..We got in again deposited...keeping fingers crossed.

neha sorry for the late reply..logging in after a long time. We deposited the second time the cheque and that too got bounced and the next day we had gone there and said we are not moving without money. Sat almost 2 hours and got the money in cash and they din pay any bouncing charges..They took that day collection and settled us I guess..They deducted some 2% for card payment and balance they gave..Have you booked with them?
