Is it PNR brindha residency or adithya brindha residency? I can see old link showing name as PNR brindha residency. Is it safe to invest in this project ? What is the correct price for 2BHK (1204)flat here including all cost?
Hi Manish, Adithya Brindha Residency is a completed project by Adithya Group. The price of a 2 bhk ( 1205 sqft) will cost you Rs 53 lakhs approx.
Thanks for the reply. Can you share some contact details as builder is saying no 2BHK vacant. Is it safe to go through broker?What will be final price including registration and everything?
