The land is A Khatha and hence there are no legal hassles as such. OC can be obtained quite easily I guess. I like the project and the flats are pretty good. Planning to invest here. Hi Sukumar! I meant to say that if all the NOCs are in order, the project has A Khatha and there are only allowed deviations, OC is easy. It may take a bit of time as it happens for all projects, but it is sure to come. Talk to the builder and legal experts before deciding upon anything?
