Affordable Housing Project Urban Homes-II, in Sector-86 result is coming on 28th August 2015 and their closing was 28.06.2015. In two months. Shame on tulip. Never purchase a unit from tulip. Their units at YMCA chowk Faridabad are in legal problem for last 3 years.

HI Guys, Just have had a word with company official Mr. Raj Kumar. As per him, the draw date will be decided by 2nd or 3rd week of August. Accordingly, i think, we cannot expect the draw to happen before September 2015. That means 7 months from close of form submission date, whereby the norm mentioned was 3 months.

no they are not going to pay any interest, however i hope there is a clause to pay interest after 90 days but builder has not mentioned this in application form.
