I am the owner resident of U-203 Gurjinder Vihar, AWHO Greater Noida. Only lift in our block is defective
Q: I am tehe owner resident of flat number U-203 Gurjinder Vihar, Only lift available in our block defective since Oct 2015. I have made several complaints verbal as well as via email but no action by RWA. Now what can i do to get the same rectified please.

Hi V S, As you have mentioned in your query that you have mailed RWA multiple times but no action has been taken. My advice to you that take the other members of the society in confidence and a copy of mail which you have mailed and send society a legal notice. Better, if you take the advice of a local property lawyer of your locality. They will show you the right path. Thanks....
