Information on OSR rules on an Institutional zone in Chennai City
Q: I am owner of an institutional zone on the main of Velachery Tambaram at Pallikarnai Village. I wanted clarity on the OSR rules ,as I heard that its different for different zone. Is OSR applicable for Institutional zone?

Thank you Ramana .. So if OSR is applicable, a. What is the minimum area from which OSR becomes applicable b. Is there facility to buy-back the OSR as applicable to residential/commercial zone If buy-back possible, i. will guideline value will be differ from that of residential / commercial zone
