Hi Common floor team, I have bought a land which is already converted and also the converted register number is mentioned in my sale deed. At the time of purchase my buyer has not provided me the conversion copy certificate and now when I am asking he is giving unnecessary reasons. Can you please advise me if I can get these documents from any of the register office and even the BIAPPA plan document I have not received but as per my investigation the area is approved by BIAPPA.
