hey, few people in my connection bought the property in Wave City which is located on NH24. They are expecting a good return as this Wave Infrastructure is huge brand image and identity. As brand name does matter a lot. I am not quite sure whether to buy a commercial property or residential but i guess that wont be that hard to think for a person who has already made up their mind. With help of few colleges who are from NCR region they said that it will be a very great township and i guess one of the first township in India. Though I think there has to be other options as well.
