Hi Sarthak, As far as I know the project is under construction and the expected possession date is by end of this year. It has got approval from BBMP and banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, HDFC and PNB. Currently, the rate per sqft going on in Rs 5250.
Hi Roshan, Have you purchased a flat in that project? Want to know how is the quality of construction and are there any legal issues , any disadvantages of the location?
