I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
i can see there is hell lots of communication going on here. But don't see anyone fighting for it. Guys please lets be serious do you have any idea how many crores of money these assholes are making interest from. Listen please create a group and lets go to there office and blast the building. I have done all the possibilities to get the money from them. They have talking all my hard earned money, everything that i have done till date. I was so depressed that i even thought of suiciding. But no i am not doing that. I am gonna kill this mother fuckers before i kill myself. I even approached Police but all in vain. These guys call me often and try to threaten me and i do the same to them. I have a friend who works for Bangalore mirror and TV9 Kannada. I told them the story of Gruhakalyan. They are ready to take the story. So guys please listen carefully. I have decided to sit in front of the gruhakalyans office.

my dad is a cancer patient and i m the only daughter. we needed money on emergency, so only went for cancellation for an amount of 5lacs. reading your reviews i m very scared that if i dont get my money back than i wont be able to treat my dad. no other financial support i have. will we get our money back?

They are cheaters. My cheque got bounced of Rs. 4,00,000/- which I got after 6 months of cancellation. I followed rigorously. Never ever buy property.

There are multiple of questions regarding Gruha Kalyan. Dont ever buy properly. The owner of Gruha Kalyan is co founder of Send my Gift, all black money. They have given chq of INR 4 Lakhs which got bounced after 6 months of follow up.
