I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I have spoken to them and most of their land is not registered to them and I wanted to book Domlur Project but they denied to show any proof of OC - Occupied Certificate. They claim we'll give the documents after booking amount. First See the land acquisition certificate OC - then only book it. you never know later they can run also and till now they have not handover a single project to customer. Gruha Kalyan in Market for 3 years and still to possession done.. Seems strange to me..
Yes, Even i did visited yesterday to Gruha Kalyan office HRBR Layout, THe guy who spoke to me tried all the possible ways to trick me and extract the token amount of 100000 but i stood firm on the documents of the property to be shown before the booking of flat. But they denied stating they have kept the documents in HSR office and will take time to get it from here. I did agreed tat i will wait for the documents then make the payment but they gave me 100 reasons for not showing the documents before the token amount. At last i decided to leave the office without further discussion, I can easily smell their was some thing fishy.. They even enacted a drama in front of me by sending some one in the room where i was having a discussion with the sales person and the person came holding 1000 rupee bundle in his hand and told that he wants to book 2 flats immediately in the same property for which i had made a visit to their office.. I got laugh seeing at their act.
