How is the region along Ballabgarh-Sohna Road?
Q: How are the developments happening in Ballabgarh-Sohna Road? Is it a good place for real estate investment?

My comments to replies
I agree with the views of the above member. Three years is not sufficient to get decent returns on any investment in the Badarpur Faridabad Metro Corridor. Realistically I would advise you to wait at least five years to get good returns. The deadline of 2016 can get extended owing to the fact that the line is going to be extended to greater Faridabad. In my opinion the Badarpur Faridabad Metro Corridor is going to share its USP with greater Faridabad resulting in division of real estate activity in both the regions. If you want to use the apartment as your own residence greater Faridabad is a better option owing to good development all round. Purely as an investment vehicle, you can go ahead with projects along the Badarpur Faridabad Metro Corridor.
metro is starting upto faridabad on 6th sept 2015 so this segment on balabgarh - sohna road residential plots will go up. even now palli hills gated plots rates are going upto 20k per sq yards which were earlier 13/15k per syds
