Dear All , Please don't consider option of CGHS Socities as there is no basis where you can check the credibility of developers. Many CGHS socities might be genuine but as per the news update on L zone, many small time builders are paying 40,000 rs per month to the farmers as rentals for keeping their companies board in their fields where in the companies are not having even a single land patch. Please check the Khasra Number (Registration Number) of the land which is being claimed by the builders.

Dear Robin Paul,(and other Investors) If You Can wait,, Then wait till LTC Otherwise you can purchase project of any reputed developer ,,But once LTC is Given Then Rate would be at least 1000 More ,,,So if want to be safe invest AFTER LTC,,,To know more about best developers and if want genuine advise you can mail me your requirement on Have a Great Day!!! Hi Please be careful while investing in L zone so keep following things in mind 1-There is no smart city in L ZONE so there would only maximum approved 5 far 2-Some builders like antrix are selling g+25 storey building so be carefull dda has not approved this FAR in any part of delhi.

I am really heart broken to see that you still don't carry enough knowledge about the L zone and your comments are misguiding people here. please get your facts and figures right before posting.
