Q: This review is post construction of Goyal cos Orchid Woods@Hennur Road In my last review I talked about Goyal cos professionalism and empathy for customer. Well the project is almost ready and I must add three more adjectives for the property and the builders- Honesty, Quality and customer centricity. On the Orchid wood@ Hennur Road -they have taken utmost care to completely adhere to initial commitments and add few things on top of it for customer delight. The team is very professional and customer centric. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues. All in all a very happy customer delighted with the team and construction. Builder is losing its reputation due to delivery of poor quality project, it is almost running late by a year and above that entire team is arrogant. They don't know how to serve customers and also have lapsed in multiple factors.
