Any how u have done booking and paid Rs 1 Lac (including Rs 30,000/- Cash) for that u got Receipt. So u have not been cheated at all any where with cash transaction.. Later u have cancelled that booking and u have got Rs 50,000/- from PSR Builders. So again u have not been cheated any where Rs 1 Lac. Regarding Rs 50,000/- Deduction, Its clearly written in Booking Form stating that Rs 50,000/- will be deducted as cancellation Charge, where u have read and sign..
