when will we get the possession of the flat???
Q: In March we are suppose to get the possession of flats in 3rd phase. But the people in the 1st phase have not yet get the possession of their flats.. why it is taking so much time. without giving possession to even 1st phase they have launched the 4th phase.. it's already 2 years late. why construction work is so slow...

Hi Manas, Recently I have contact with the technical team of this project he assured me that phase 3 will complete till Dec 2015.Yes project is delayed for a long time and all of us are waiting for completion of this project. Construction works is very slow...
Have they given possession of phase 1? I don't think so. I have a flat in phase 2 which was supposed to given by June 30 2014. They have promised me for possession by December 2015. I don't think they can given possession by that date even for phase 2. Progress of the project is very slow. They are just buying time.
