What are the ways of generating money for the apartment association?
Q: What are the different ways your association is generating money apart from the regular maintenance collection from the owners? For example: Providing notice board ad space to an ad agency , ad kiosk

We have a mobile application specifically for apartment if they want to MAKE ADDITIONAL INCOME. The way it works is that the apartment staff (maids, car cleaners,plumbers,electricians etc) are registered on the mobile application. Their details of FREE time and tasks type are entered in the application. So every time these resources perform tasks a part of their payment goes to society. This not only gives the additional income to resources but also give apartment association an earning potential of Rs 30,000 per month at minimum. Q: We have come up with an Apartment Resource sharing and alternate revenue model which gives societies twin benefits. On demand available of maids and staff in case of absenteeism or shortage.Secondly, it gives societies management an opportunity to earn revenue over Rs 30000 per month based on the tasks done within the apartment and around the locality.
