I have calculated the carpet area of Sabujayan Projct . for 3 BHK 1256 Sq feet , Carpet are is coming 650 sq feet. It is 51.75% . So 48% Loading . Normally it should not be more than 32%. Can anyone answer this?

I agree with Mr. Debarun. The actual size of my unit is way too less than the area (~1800 sq. ft.) I am paying for. I will wait for the completion. Then I will take suitable measures.
