Guys, Don't wait. Kindly register a case in National Consumer Forum in Delhi. If you have a flat in Logix Zest. because they will not handover it to you before Dec 2017 as per the current progress. Hi i have one 2BHK unit in Logix zest. Project was to be delivered in Feb'14 but as of now no satisfactory reply received from builder. Seems too much delay in the project. 90% payment has been done in flexi plan but less than 50% construction is done.
Hi Pankaj, There is no progress from December 2014 till September 2015. They will not handover the flat to anyone before December 2017. This is the truth and most of the Invester/Flat owners are selling the flats in very low price. you can visit 99acres.com and search for "Logix zest" project.
