Dont buy from ashwini builders
Q: We bought a apartment from this seller 5 years back. They got the whole money and not completed many things which committed. The basic things also we arranged with our money. Till many things are pending. ....Please do not buy from this builders..... Check with old customers before buy appartment from them.

Hello again, I also heard from the builder that they are not providing OC (occupancy certificate) as they are providing A Katha. Is this a valid thing to do or is it safe to do business with these guys?
