Its me and couple of my friends invested at Anish Palms after thorough check of documents and i am happy with their development too. Now i am the owner of my Plot. did you inquire further about local people share, i did not heard any of this sort about common wealth, i too got the same response from them about the completion of the project (2017 end).

When is the project getting completed? Any idea what all amenities are offered here?
about project completion they are claiming in 2017 end, for first 40 acre with basic amenities, regarding complete project 201 acre they are saying it will get completed in 4 years, if they are able to achieve this then i think this is quite good time to get this project completed.
When I inquired about the project it was told to me that project will get completed by another 24 months time. The project has got approvals from MPA and banks like LIC, PNB, Indiabulls.

i had found few discussion about N H Bhaskar, but not for commonwhealth project,

i have called them and about this and got the clarification that the amoda project is not belongs to them, the land was owned by them but they have given it to a guy called chellapathi and he screwed the project, later he ran away but we they have well known office in HSR layout and the people are blaming them for the same.
