Q: We have buyers of 1 and 2 Bhk flats, in the first builder not completed his work as per commitment, Then he was given temporary possession letters to byuers for furniture work. then after receipt of completion letters from authorities, he directly neglecting the queries of buyers . Also not completed the pending issues communicated by the buyers, but saying you just take the possession. We have major issue of water supply , in this regards builder not done the permanant arrangment for water supply. In this priamary phase only we buy the water from neighbouring parties. and in coming future this solution will not work. Hence we need help to sort such issues with experts discussions.

Latest Answer: I seconded with wasim, that you can put more pressure on the builder by the your residents association to look into your grievance. If the builder is not listening to your issues, then contact a lawyer for further action...
