I would like to know how do you ensure distribution of plots? Do you layouts available. Can plot be regester to buyer?
Q: I have a concern regarding managing distribution of plots. Does the builder show layout plan to show to purchaser to ensure that same plot is not saled to more than one individual. How about registration? Are they regestering the plot in the name of purchaser?
