Q: I have been struggling to buy a good home in bangalore after hearing many issues from my friends and colleagues about the construction quality in bangalore. I found one a couple of wks back and I am very much impressed with the quality and the folds who are actually running the show over there. The project is names as Srimitra Lifestyle, owned by Srimitra construction company which is well established both in bangalore and hyderabad. I visited the property with my family and the construction is 100 % vasthu. Price quoted is also reasonable. A real value for money. Mr. JKReddy the one who we meet is cool to deal with,friendly and very honest about what they give. It is worth taking a look at the project.

Hi Ganapti Rao, many amenities are provided for this project. Swimming pool, AC Gym, Badminton court, rock climbing wall, table tennis, billiards, super market, intercom, childrens play area, STP, water softener plant, rain water harvesting, club house, solar water heater, open air theatre and they have few more as roof top amenities. Regarding the investment plan, this project is located next to the main road and hence connectivity is very good. Women employees need to worry as the bus stop is just opp to this apartment. There is one super market next to this project. And one christian missionary school opp to this project. This is well surrounded my individual houses. Vibgyor school is very near to this project (this is why i am more interested in this). Area is very good and clean (Not like marathahalli). By the time , this project gets completed, we can expect more changes happened in and around this area. The one very nice thing i saw is JKReddy. I got good feedback on him.

they have around 15 yrs of experience in construction. I saw couple in hyderabad too. In Bangalore they have completed 7 and three are in-progress. the only draw back i found is marketing team saying different things when i visited the site and i got his contact form my other frnd who booked in there previous project and i contacted him he told me what they provide and what they dont.

Kumar, I spoke to JKReddy and he seems to be good. I have visited the flat and he explained me all the details. Can you let me know what could be the best price we can get there. He told me that 10% off on basic price is the prelaunch offer.

I visited the site yesterday and convinced with the price they gave. But, will the project be delivered on time?? This is the main question i have. Can anyone so throw some lights on this. As per builder, it is End of may2018 with grace period included.

I selected an east facing 2bhk and the price i was told is 3800 after the prelaunch offer. Whereas original price on paper is 4200 persqft. I am still bargaining and not sure if this comes into my budget.
