Its not a good property. Lokhandwala has lost its sheen. I'm one of the investors in a Lokhandwala property and they have no clearance from Environmental department and there is no OC or Water connection. Residents of this society have modified their house so much that they will never get OC nor does the builder care. Its a bad idea to invest in a Lokhandwala property without OC.
