Does any one have any update about the draw, As to conduct a draw each developer required to have approved building plans and environmental clearance (EC) and I came to know that tulip has failed to get the EC as on date that's the main reason why the delay is there.
If anyone have any other update regarding the draw kindly share the same.
Also if there is any group please add me also at 8750211147 thanks.
No EC then No project. Before application I raised this issue. They had no answer then.
